HD direct imaging series of dry film is the newly developed photosensitive dry film mainly oriented to the transfer of inner and outer layers of HDI board. New dry film with less foam and low odor.       

Performance feature ：1) A new type of photosensitive dry film which does not stain and contaminate the roller；

2) The photosensitive dry film layer and the base film (PET film) layer have good adhesion, the base film is not easy to peel off and float during operation, and has good compatibility with automated equipment;

3) With super high sensitivity, it is conducive to improve the production efficiency of LDI laser direct imaging / LED DI direct imaging ；

4) It has excellent flow-filling properties and can meet the wet film (wet film is recommended for acid etching);

5) With super fast developing ability and high resolution;

6) The dry film belongs to the water-based system, the residue is small and less, and it is not easy to pollute the tank. 

Scope of application: It is mainly used for the transfer of inner and outer layers of HDI board, especially for LDI laser direct imaging / LED DI direct imaging process.
