1. Advantages of PCB aluminum substrate

2. Structure of PCB aluminum substrate
Aluminum based copper clad laminate is a metal circuit board material, which is composed of copper foil, thermal insulation layer and metal substrate.
(1) Copper foil
Copper clad laminate equivalent to ordinary PCB. The thickness of circuit copper foil is 1oz to 10 oz.
The circuit layer (i.e. copper foil) is etched to form a printed circuit to connect the various components of the element. Generally, it is required to have a large current carrying capacity, so a thicker copper foil is used, with a thickness of 35μm~280μm;
(2) Thermal insulation layer
The insulation layer is a layer of low thermal resistance thermal insulation material.
Thermal conductive insulating layer is the core of aluminum substrate. It is generally composed of special polymers filled with special ceramics. It has small thermal resistance, excellent viscoelastic performance, anti-thermal aging ability and can withstand mechanical and thermal stress.
