PCB developing machine is a printing processing equipment that partially or completely completes the development, washing, gluing, drying and other processes of the dried printing plate through semi-automatic and full-automatic procedures.It is generally composed of transmission system, developing system, flushing system, drying system, program control system, etc.

How to maintain PCB developing machine ?

1.Ensure smooth developer circulation, glue circulation and water circulation without blockage;
2.Replace the developer regularly and clean the developer at the same time (it is recommended to clean it once a day);
3.Replace the filter element regularly, generally once a week (100u filter element is recommended);
4.Replace the protective glue regularly and clean the protective glue system (once a day is recommended);
5.Wipe the rubber roller every day (clean soft cloth may be stained with developer);
6.Clean the cots regularly and thoroughly to ensure uniform pressure between cots (once a week);
7.Clean the guide rail of heating section regularly (once a week);
8.Whole machine shall be clean, and there shall be no developer or other chemical agents on the surface.
